70 Variations on Twinkle Twinkle Little Star has just been released on Move Records (MD 3405). I contributed the work Fallen Star to this international compilation and was invited to freely reimagine the familiar tune. Commissioned by Julian Yu and performed by Australian virtuoso pianist Michael Kirean Harvey the recording displays a wide range of compositional approaches and unique responses. The CD will be available shortly through stores including Buywell Just Classical, Australian Music Centre, Thomas’ and Readings.
